About
Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in Chelmsford, Essex, offering a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe to speak openly — without judgement.
I volunteer with Farleigh Hospice as a Bereavement Support Worker. Many of us experience loss in some form, and I understand first-hand the challenges that can come with grief. Being part of a team that provides support and guidance to families adjusting to the death of a loved one is something I care deeply about.
I'm a firm believer in paying it forward, and I’m pleased to offer free sessions to those who are unable to access wellbeing services or are struggling to afford therapy in the current financial climate. You can visit the Fees page for more information.
I know that taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting. My approach is grounded in empathy and respect, and I strive to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and empowered to make the choices that are right for them.
I have a particular interest in:
- Bereavement and loss
- Depression, low mood, and anxiety
- Men’s mental health
- Walk and Talk therapy — a gentle approach that combines movement and nature with the therapeutic process
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, which is why I offer flexible options to meet your individual needs and goals.
