Feeling better starts with talking
Sometimes life feels hard. You might feel sad, stressed, worried or angry. You might not even know why — and that’s okay. Talking to a counsellor can help.
Counselling is a safe place where you can talk about how you feel. A counsellor listens to you without judging or telling you what to do. You don’t have to be in crisis to have counselling. It’s for anyone who wants support or to feel better.
You feel heard — it can feel good just to talk and have someone really listen. You understand yourself better — talking helps you work out what’s going on inside. You learn new ways to cope — counselling can help you find better ways to deal with stress or difficult feelings. You feel stronger — over time, many people feel more confident and in control of their lives.
Lots of people have counselling — for big things, small things, or just to have some support. If you think counselling might help, we’re here to listen. You don’t have to go through things on your own.
