£40 / session

Includes:

  • 1-on-1 Session (50 minutes)
  • Email support between sessions
  • Personalised action plan
  • Face to Face or virtual

Booking information

By booking through our online booking system, you confirm that you understand this service is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in crisis or feel at risk, please call NHS 111, or dial 999 in an emergency.

The booking deposit will be deducted from the remaining session balance which is payable prior to the appointment taking place.
